Don't miss The Carolinas III: Community Photography Contest & Exhibit. Black Creek Arts Council and Hartsville Memorial Library will be hosting the 3rd annual gallery crawl that opens the exhibit on July 8th. Turn in is June 22nd through July 2nd at the Arts Center.
